We are a family-owned Haitian restaurant in Uniondale, and every plate we send out carries the flavors we grew up with. For two years, we have been seasoning our food with authentic Haitian spices and slow-marinated epis, cooking the traditional way so each dish tastes like home. Whether you sit down with us, grab takeout, or order food delivery, you get the same care we put into cooking for our own table.

Our menu runs deep. We serve griot, fried goat, oxtail, tassot, and legumes alongside diri ak pwa, black rice, and golden fried plantains. We make akra, Haitian patties, hearty soup joumou, and bouyon cabrit, and we round out the table with seafood, salads, and a few fusion touches like lasagna. To drink, we pour fresh coffee, natural fruit juices, smoothies, passion fruit juice, and cold sodas. There is a lunch special waiting most days, plus family meal deals when you are feeding a crowd.

When the celebration is bigger than a dinner table, our catering steps in. We handle event catering for weddings, birthdays, graduations, church gatherings, corporate events, and family reunions. We build custom catering menus around what you love, and we can take care of food setup, serving staff, and cleanup so you can enjoy your own party.
